The call to Ministry is never about you. The moment the LORD calls you into Ministry He has sought your heart, soul and mind, he then places that burden on you and the will to serve. Last time I posted on greatness = servanthood and one key thing was you cannot boss people and expect to be a leader.
When you set out to serve others, in a hundred folds shall you be served, I'm so against self made "preachers" who today I see preach watering this message of service to your leaders all for selfish gains as all they want is to be recognized, if you happen to attend events with them they sign guest books one full page with their TITLES and names, they talk HUGE and DEMAND respect even where it's not due.
Listen, this morning as we drove to town, the Holy spirit reminded me of Luke 10:1 that says "After these things the LORD appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come. 10:2 Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest. 10:3 Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs among wolves. 10:4 Carry neither purse, nor scrip, nor shoes: and salute no man by the way... "
On commissioning these apostles the central message was humility and service, I then realized that time over and over again, God requires servants and not bosses. If you raise yourself, you shall be demoted.
Watch out for its meaningless to be that self made BIGSHOT then eventually you miss out on God's perfect plan for you. Cc;Mathew 7:21
Blessings to you all.

Never break your heart trying to be someone else. In the first place you will never be. You will always be you and no one else. The person who gets up in the morning will be the person who went to bed the night before. That's how God created you to be and called you unique and perfect in his sight.
I see my dear young and old preachers alike trying to be Prophet Owuor, others TD Jakes, others Joel Osteen, it's not bad to continually love their sermons and how God is using them but the underlying word is be real with yourself. This goes to my good colleagues in music ministry, you will never be another willy Paul or Bahati or Diamond or pitson, it's sad that today u attend some of these concerts and somebody identifies himself as "Sharobaro mXafi Mxeet" (I don't know how to pronounce that) , then goes ahead to say I do bongo like willy and Diamond Platinum, I'm left to wonder when will the real you minister if u still wanna ape a secular star and drag his name to the pulpit to get approval from like minded crowds of young boys and girls?
Listen before conception God knew you and set u apart for that Ministry in you. You cannot call yourself and Be effective as those called. It's God who knows the hearts of men.
Run your lane as I run mine to build the body of Christ in love and unity. The finish line is ahead. Christ is coming.

Greatness = Servanthood
"Whoever wishes to become great among you shall be your servant; and whoever wishes to be first among you shall be slave of all." - Mark 10:43b-44
What does it mean to be great? Probably the most common way that the world defines greatness is through accomplishments. You might go back into ancient history and think about Alexander the Great, because he conquered the known world by the time he was 33 years old, and then wept that there were no more worlds to conquer. Or you may think about Thomas Edison with over a thousand patents to his name. Or consider Einstein and his amazing discoveries in quantum physics.
Others might say real greatness is all about power. In Jesus’ time, Caesar Augustus was considered truly great because of all the power he held. In the modern world, you might look at United States Presidents because, after all, it's said that there is no position more powerful in the world than that!or maybe your countries political leaders!
On the contrary I believe anyone can become great. Perhaps not in the world’s definition – perhaps not even in your own definition. Jesus tells us how: “…whoever wishes to become great among you shall be your servant; and whoever wishes to be first among you shall be slave of all.” Jesus – the greatest man to ever exist says He didn’t come to be served; He came to serve, even to the point of trading His life for our salvation. What, you might ask?
What’s so great about serving others?
Well, let me tell you – the greatest man was also the greatest servant. And that is what He calls us to do. No self-accomplishment, nothing you can conquer, no patent or scientific discovery, no worldly power, not even a President – nothing in this earthly world can be considered truly great in the eternal. Follow the footsteps of Jesus. Serve your fellow man. That’s the only lasting road to true greatness.
Greatness is locked in humility. Humility is only found in knowing true service which is found in Jesus Christ.
Evangelist Steve Omodecx.
When the Lord Jesus died for you, he not only paid the price for your redemption, but your Adam-nature was identified with him and nailed to his cross. That old sinful nature which for so long had dominated your soul and frustrated all ur hopes he took them off your shoulders.
Today I pray you realize that ur old unrenewed self which was the instrument of Sin has been made ineffective and inactive for evil that you and I may no longer be slaves of sin as in Romans 6:6.
If you purpose to let God take control of your life, u will certainly triumph those things that seem difficult to the mortal man.
Let's walk in righteousness and holiness in Jesus name.

The Love of God or the Love of Money?
"For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows." - 1 Timothy 6:10
We’ve talked about how important it is not to add words to the Bible. However, with no bad intention, there are a lot of sayings that many really believe are in the Bible, but are not. “Cleanliness is next to godliness.” Not there. “God helps those who help themselves.” Nope, not there, either. But the most misquoted non-scripture just has to be “Money is the root of all evil.” The Bible doesn’t say that at all! What the Bible does say is, “The LOVE of money is the root of all sorts of evil.” Money is neither good nor bad. But God does judge our attitude towards money. He is concerned with how you acquire money, how you spend it, and where wealth ranks in your list of priorities.
God says you must decide who you’re going to love most—God or money. When we choose to love money, it can lead to all sorts of compromised decisions and makes us much more vulnerable to temptation. God’s Word warns us that if we make money a priority over God, we’ll bring a lot of unnecessary grief into our lives.
God allows us to be the caretakers of what He provides, including our money. Be careful not to let the LOVE of money take over your life. Let’s love God first and foremost and realize that everything already belongs to Him anyway. He wants us to love Him and manage His money.
LOVE NOT THE WORLD AND ITS PLEASURES BUT FOCUS ON THE KINGDOM. MONEY IS GOOD BUT ONLY IF USED THE RIGHT WAY.

This week I pray that may you abide under the shadow of the almighty, by faith may the Lord's protection securely save you against all fiery darts of the enemy. The Bible says in Hebrews 11:23 that "By faith Moses, when he was born, was hid three months of his parents, because they saw he was a proper child; and they were not afraid of the king's commandment."
May God find you proper and right in His presence to save you from harm in Jesus name I pray!
