PROPHET DR DAVID EDWARD OWUOR IS ONE TRUE MAN OF GOD.

Prophet Edward David Owuor is one true man of God I honor the grace upon His life.

Many people including men of God I respect took to their Facebook pages to condemn this man of God but I will defend him. Yes, if they choose to honor a man of God by washing the streets, they know best why, in most ministries people even carry bibles for their pastors brush their shoes, others stand when their bishops arrive, others even give undue honor and reverence.
It is biblical to HONOR the grace and anointing upon God's servants but DONT WORSHIP A MAN OF GOD.
I think let's judge the ministry based on its fruits. based on the works we shall know them. From the gospel that Dr Owuor preaches to the authentic miracles he performs in Jesus name I have NO doubt he is a man of God.. I have followed this man of God from the very first day he began his ministry back then in kakamega, walking on the streets preaching repentance and holiness,he had no followers like now and didn't put on white suits...His core message is about repentance salvation and the coming of Christ, motive to take people to Heaven. That is enough. whether in greed on in sincerity Christ is preached. Some say I believe in Paul some say I believe in Apollo. Paul planted the tree, Apollo watered it but it's Christ who made it grow..., Phillipians 1:18....

However on what i will call "The idol of celebrity preachers" There are believers who run all over the country attending conferences of well-known preachers. Often, when they meet them in person, they fawn all over them and almost faint...I have seen this happen personally...Some well-known ministers cannot even go out in public without constantly getting stopped by admirers so they can take "selfies" with them. Although I am a proponent of having a culture of honor and respect for those leaders who labor among us (Heb. 13:7, 17), some people have stepped over the edge into idolatry. They follow everything they say without question and irrespective of scandal, and they do not search the Scriptures themselves to see if what is preached aligns with God's Word. When Cornelius met the apostle Peter and bowed down before him, Peter rightly told him to get up, that he was only a man like himself (Acts 10). There is nothing wrong with emulating or following a leader, but there is something wrong with idolizing a Christian leader. There is such a pervasive "celebrity preacher" culture in the body of Christ today that some huge churches and enterprises have literally closed down when their celebrity preacher stepped down. If churches and ministries would build according to the New Testament pattern in which the whole body exists to edify and minister to one another in love, then we would not depend merely upon one leader for the congregation to function (Eph. 4:16; 1 Cor. 12). It's upon us pastors not to mislead the innocent people to hell.Looking at Kenya where the man of God hails from, it reminds me that unless many open their spiritual eyes to welcome Gods servant ,it may be another story of "i wish i knew altogether. But i would wish to say
Most cults start when blind loyalty to church leadership is demanded. When whoever questions the leadership is excommunicated from the church...and when the "touch-not-my-anointed" sermon is preached more than the message of the cross...I such cases its wise to leave and get a spirit filled church that will lead you to heaven and not an individual.

Finally, just in this year alone back in Kenya,We have been visited by dignitaries who commanded alot of attention for instance, when President Barrack Obama, UNCTAD, Pope ,TICAD came ,Roads were washed ,Grass was planted and all street boys were nowhere to be seen in the city. Now a Prophet of God does the least by just "cleaning the road " and all the voices go saying, Crucify him, crucify him. It reminded me abt Jesus "But they cried, saying, Crucify him, crucify him." Luke 23:21. Sadly and to be honest this man of God has been accused of being a "False Prophet" yet no one can point out the CRIME he has committed nor substantiate why they call him names and abuse him. My voice remains clear on this Let us learn to Respect men of God.
"Psalms 105 :15 Touch not God's anointed and do them no harm"
Once again I'll say just like it was in the days of Noah... Many will wish they heard his message....it might be too late if you don't act now.Remember God will never do anything before revealing to his servants the prophets.( Amos 3:7) and Mathew 10:41 says ""He who receives a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward; and he who receives a righteous man in the name of a righteous man ..."

NB: (i didn't put this up to give a platform to throw stones at him but to encourage people to honor grace carriers and respect men of God)
