GODS CREATION UNRIVALED

God is not after comfortable mediocrity. His purpose, creations and artistry is unrivaled. He is creating masterpieces. God brushes unexpected color across the canvas of ur life, says “no” when u beg for “yes,” offers His
presence when u want His presents — because He has a much bigger plan for you. . . a
plan that glorifies Him not you but uplifts you and brings you everlasting delight.
God doesn’t grant ur every request even when u pray faithfully. But He does promise to satisfy you with His unfailing life and love as He walks through every trial with you....
He called me Evangelist Steve Omodecx from birth. That's me at age 3 praying for the sick and God healing them. And today I still see God heal even the "nameless" diseases.
It's MY TESTIMONY this is what I do best. Ministry without doubt!

TESTIMONY VIDEO PREMIERS!

ITS FINALLY HERE!
BE BLESSED WITH THIS SONG!

JUNE 9TH 2013 6PM HE ROSE ME FROM THE DEAD.
it's taken me years to officially share these pictures and this testimony. It breaks my heart and builds my spirit to know and confirm that God is God, he is real and still loves me Evangelist Steve Omodecx.
Today as I woke up HE allowed me to finally release this testimony and the video song all together.
My out of body experience is one thing I can never take for granted, He took my life in full glare of my father and returned it hours later, It was that evening when I had finished preaching the previous day 8th June at a certain high school with my brothers David Kasika and Jacob Israel Qtts Adembesa among others, after a glorious and mighty deliverance, I went home, following day Sunday 9th I preached in Kayole, on my way back to town I collapsed in town and went unconscious. Usually in Nairobi if that happens nobody would bother to help and some Wil take advantage and rob you. It wasn't the case, God sent my dad all the way from Kakamega western Kenya to come to my rescue and see the testimony take place. Note this, he wasn't coming to Nairobi but heading to nakuru at my uncles funeral but God caused him to sleep deeply past nakuru only to find himself in Nairobi and right where I was.
The only thing I remember was in that taxi telling dad I'm not gonna make it please pray and that was how I went. Hours later I was lifted, I could see my body, but I was in another atmosphere, very serene and glorious, down there from a far I could see everything, at some point I even saw a nurse come see me and go. Remember when I fell down in town, black rotten smelly blood oozed out of my body openings. I was smelling bad.
And so in this state so many things happened, some I can't find the exact words to express or explain, but I will say PEACEFUL AND GLORIOUS.
SUDDENLY, A hand  touched my shoulders and when I turned I saw a VERY HUGE Bible with only one verse Psalms 118;17.... You shall not die but LIVE to declare the mighty works of God. And this voice said to me STEPHEN STEPHEN STEPHEN GO GO GO MY SON! It was a mighty voice, full of command and power, I can't describe it but I knew it was the voice of God. And immediately I woke up healed.
Listen, at this very time all these happened the devil wasn't giving my family and ministry peace, my kid sister Peggy Adek collapsed in school and was admitted in hospital, but all this could not stop God from working out my life and my family and ministry. My cousin Otieno Surfick who saw all this happen received Jesus as Lord and saviour that night. When I was discharged, that night through the phone with my sister and great woman of God Daphne Naila, I broke into 47 tongues and each tongue I spoke in a glorious vision God lifted me to that nation..... It was a fulfillment of a prophecy laid upon me years back....... I'll continue with the next part of this testimony of divine healing of a cancer patient, my sister and bringing to life another lady within the time frame of my encounter......

Apply Grace beyond just Knowing It - Evangelist Steve Omodecx

And Stephen a man full of Grace, holy spirit and power looked up and saw heavens open, right there he saw Jesus! - Acts 7:54
In this month I pray that it's not just going to be about understanding grace but application of Grace in my life. The power that comes with the latter is greater than the former.
As I make these prayers may it flow unto you reading this now in Jesus name!
Understanding grace is important but that alone will never change a life unless we move from the knowledge and understanding of grace to the application of grace
In my quiet and lowest moments may you speak to me Lord!

Turn the LIGHT On!

"I have come as Light into the world, so that everyone who believes in Me will not remain in darkness." - John 12:46
Ever thought about what darkness really means? Darkness, as the polar opposite to brightness, is understood to be an absence of visible light. The emotional response to darkness has metaphorical connotations in many cultures.
Have you ever been in a situation where the darkness was so powerful that the light could not overcome it? I remember my childhood days when mum could send us to fetch her something in the next room and there being no electricity, we used Lantern 🏮 which could go off due to winds. I couldn’t see a thing. I couldn’t see my hand in front of my face! But even then I could scream and my elder brother could light a single stroke of a match box and I could see because darkness cannot overcome the light.
Jesus says He is the Light of the world – the embodiment of how to know God and how to live life. You may feel your life is engulfed in darkness. You may feel bewildered at not having discovered the answer to life. Invite Christ into your life and the light will be turned on, no matter how much darkness you’ve experienced. Life will begin to make sense and you’ll be filled with hope and understanding.
Here’s more good news. When you do this, Jesus says we can be a light to others by pointing people who are in the dark to the light – the Light of Christ.

It’s the Faithfulness in Small Things!

"I can do all things through Him who strengthens me." - Philippians 4:13
It has been said that life’s challenges are not supposed to paralyze you; they’re supposed to help you discover who you are.
Do you ever wonder why certain people rise to meet a great challenge and others don’t? There really isn’t a single answer to satisfy that question, but, have you heard the story of David and Goliath?
If ever there was a giant challenge, David found it in Goliath, a hardened warrior who was nine-and-a-half-feet tall and filled his enemies with terror. Yet David, just a teenage shepherd, was willing to take him on. His people thought he was crazy but he had faith in the Lord and remembered how God had strengthened him in the past. He said, “When a lion or bear came and took a lamb from my flock, I went after it and struck the beast and killed it. The Lord who delivered me from the power of the lion and the bear will deliver me from this giant.”
And He did. David slew Goliath. He faced a giant challenge and was victorious because he had been faithful day by day.
When the big public challenges come, we’ll be ready if we’re faithful to God in the various behind-the-scenes daily tasks. It’s the faithfulness in the small things that is key to meeting life’s giant challenges victoriously.
Look here YOU CAN DO ALLLLLL THINGS through CHRIST who Strenghtens You!

Church Going is Good but it Doesn't Make You a Christian

You Don’t Have to go to Church to be a Christian…HOWEVER…

"Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise. Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works. And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near." - Hebrews 10:23-25

One of the things I’m often asked is whether or not you have to go to church to be a Christian. I love what Billy Graham says: “Being in church no more makes you a Christian than being in a garage makes you a car.”

No, you do not have to go to church to be a Christian, but attending church serves a three-fold purpose to help us to grow in our faith.

To worship with other believers.Church is a place of Christian fellowship, and lone ranger Christians don’t do well in the journey of faith.Church is a place where we can use our gifts in service and ministry.

While you don’t have to come to church to be a Christian, failure to attend retards your spiritual growth. But not only that, not attending your church is just plain selfish, because it denies sharing your spiritual gifts with fellow believers. And when we’re not in church, we miss out on the rich fellowship of other meaningful relationships with believers.

Yes, you can worship God out on the lake, or on the matatu, or even in your house. But doing so only takes from the creation of God. We miss out on the encouragement of others and we miss out on them being encouraged by us. While you do not have to be in church to be a Christian, it is certainly the place where you are needed and where the committed Christian wants to.
Identifying yourself with a true spiritual church builds your Christian walk. It identifies you and fulfills the church (you)  as a community of believers!

If you don't have a church I welcome you to one.

I bless you

THE DEVIL IS SMART! Be Smartest!

The Devil also Smart. He Twists the Words of God

"'You surely will not die,' the serpent said to the woman. 'For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.'" - Genesis 3:4-5

In as much as some may not agree with my post, Sadly, there are a lot of “religious” folks out there who espouse what may actually sound reasonable, because they quote from the Bible. But the problem is, these false prophets and wolves will take a verse out of context and base their whole theology around it. While this is sometimes done intentionally to get people part ways with their bank savings or money in what I'll call "panda mbegu"  or "sow a huge seed to harvest plenty" n others  unintentionally, there are some that will twist a few words on purpose, resulting in an interpretation bearing no resemblance to God’s actual message and revelation.

This is an effective technique that the devil has mastered well. Think about the consequences for mankind when the devil twisted God’s words in the Garden of Eden! And remember how Satan tried to tempt Jesus in the beginning of His ministry? He twisted the word of God just a little bit, making it seem that He was saying the exact opposite of the actual meaning. He uses just a smattering of truth to make what he says seem legit. What deception!

This morning I know so many people have quit church and ministry because of bring duped but how can you defend against these ridiculous distortions of God’s Word? First, study the Scriptures – here are a few suggestions that might help:

1. Always study Scripture in light of Scripture.
2. Study the Old Testament in light of the New Testament.
3. Study the Gospels in light of the Epistles of Paul (beginning in Romans), so that you can have the theological and doctrinal understanding of the life of Christ, why He came, and what He’s all about. You want to study a verse in the context of the chapter, and in the context of the book.

The more you study the Bible, the easier it will be to defend yourself from false – or ignorant – prophets, and the more you will understand the truths that God wants to impart to us all. The Bible says out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. What u take in matters.

I bless you.
