ANOINTING THAT BREAKS THE YOKE

We hear so much today of “The anointing breaks the yoke.” This has become one of many Pentecostal mantras. This extra anointing is presented to be greater than the baptism of the Holy Spirit, it is able to break ALL the bondages, everything that hinders ones success as a Christian. Certain ministers have made it their trademark. It is something that people need to have to be set free from financial debt, sin, sickness, oppression, anything contrary to God. So if someone does have a sin they are struggling with, or has not received the blessings of prosperity or healing, the implication is that they are not anointed yet. This teaching is no different than the divisive issue that tongues has been from some Pentecostals. If you don’t speak in tongues you’re not baptized in the Holy Spirit, and in some cases you are not even born again.We see this badly interpreted to the extend that the annointing has been limited to a bottle of oil and some even to brooms and drinking water, there is need for the ERRORS TO BE CORRECTED because unless these issues are not addressed with biblical refference and understanding of the PERSON OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, our generations and those to come might really have a bad understanding of HOW THE ANOINTING WORKS!

THE HEART OF THE MATTER

“For I will take you from the nations (Israel), gather you from all the lands and bring you into your own land…Moreover, I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.” Ezekiel 36: 24 & 26

According to the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, the average human heart beats about 115,000 times a day. That adds up to over 42 million times a year, or over 3 billion times in a lifetime. It’s a pretty phenomenal muscle.

The Word of God speaks a lot about the human heart. But unlike a medical doctor who looks at the muscle, the Bible speaks of the heart on an emotional level — the source of our feelings, dreams and desires. The heart is the heart of who we are as a person.  Now, if a person is “good hearted,” we know this to mean having a sense of compassion, integrity and fairness. A “hard hearted” person usually implies a stubbornness or an unwillingness to change. When the Bible refers to the people of Israel as having “hard hearts,” it’s speaking of a hard-heartedness against God. It’s an I want to do what I what, no matter what God says mentality. Does this sounds familiar?

When the prophet Ezekiel spoke to the nation of Israel, they were at a low point. They were enslaved to the most powerful nation at the time and their capital city had been completely obliterated. That’s when God sent Ezekiel with a message of hope. God reminded them that in spite of how far away they had wandered – God saw them. God felt compassion and God would restore them. God had not forgotten them.

Maybe over the years you’ve walked away from God. Maybe you’ve turned your back on HIS way in pursuit of YOUR way. Maybe you’re facing the consequences of bad decisions and mistakes made along the way. Or maybe you’ve done many things right – but it doesn’t seem to be enough. No matter where you find yourself today, God sees you. God loves you. God wants to restore you. He has not forgotten you – and He never will

UNDERSTANDING THE PROPHETIC IN AN APOSTATE AGE (PART 4)

Lets dig a little deeper......Prophecy is largely despised by many today because many false or self appointed prophets have creeped in and have destroyed the essence of this noble calling... It has been surrounded by misunderstanding, confusion, and fear. Yet, from the standpoint of the Scriptures, the gift of prophecy is the most important spiritual gift. Paul considers it vital to the upbuilding of the church. Just what is the role of prophecy for the church today?
Prophecy has been despised before. Moses, finally convinced that God wanted to delegate his governing authority to a larger number, called seventy elders to a "committee meeting" at the tabernacle. Two failed to show up. The Spirit of God fell on the sixty-eight who attended. But the Spirit also came upon the two who remained in the camp who began to prophesy as well. Every one wanted them to stop, uncomfortable at the direct voice of God and jealous for Moses' uniqueness as God's prophet. They reported the incident to Moses and demanded that he stop them. One can almost see Moses chuckling, and then longingly reflecting on the blessedness of the Spirit's presence in his life: "Would that all the Lord's people were prophets, that the Lord would put his Spirit upon them!" (Numbers 11:29).

Moses' dream began to be fulfilled on the day of Pentecost, when the Spirit fell on the infant church and prompted them to speak out in tongues the "mightinesses of God." Peter, under the inspiration of the Spirit, interpreted the phenomenon thus:

This is what was spoken by the prophet Joel: "And in the last days it shall be, God declares, that I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams; yea, and on my menservants and my maidservants in those days I will pour out my Spirit; and they shall prophesy...." (Acts 2:16-18 quoting Joel 2:28-29)
Amazingly, Peter classifies the Pentecost expression of tongues as a variety of the prophetic gift. The New Testament Scriptures make it clear that the Spirit is a universal gift to the church, and that prophecy is the characteristic gift of the Spirit. The Apostle Paul indicated that the gift of prophecy was for every believer: "For you can all prophesy one by one..." (1 Corinthians 14:31; see also vss. 5, 24). As we desire the renewal of the church this expectation of the universality of prophecy among God's people fills us with hope.[1]
If we take Paul's letter to the Corinthians seriously, we must come to the conclusion that the gift of prophecy is indispensable to the church. When we try to build churches without this gift being active, it is like trying to walk across Africa on crutches: it can be done, but it is certainly the hard way. The importance of the gift of prophecy is seen from from Paul's urgency for it. He commands the Corinthians to "earnestly desire to prophesy" (1 Corinthians 14:39; see also 12:31 and 14:1). In all the various lists and discussions of the gifts in Paul's letters the only constant gift is prophecy.[2] Whenever Paul makes an attempt to classify the gifts in terms of importance, prophecy is given preference over all the rest (1 Corinthians 14:1; 1 Thessalonians 5:19f). Only in the two passages where Paul speaks of gifted men (prophets) rather than of the gift (prophecy) do prophets fall into second place behind apostles (1 Corinthians 12:28; Ephesians 4:11; cf. Ephesians 2:20).[3]

As God led me in my study of the gift of prophecy, I was convicted by the Apostle's command: "Earnestly desire to prophesy" (1 Corinthians 14:39; see also 12:31; 14:1). My zeal (Greek zeloo) to prophesy or encourage prophecy in the church certainly was not conformed to the Word. But as I discovered what God intends prophecy to do for His church, my desire and faith for the gift increased. Why is prophecy so important? Just what is its purpose?

Its several functions may all be subsumed under the purpose of building up the Church. Since love for the brethren is to be the motive for desiring the spiritual gifts (1 Corinthians 13), the purpose is to build up the brethren. The Greek word oikodome was first used of building houses, temples, and pyramids, but quickly moved to a figurative sense in secular Greek.[4] In the context of spiritual gifts it means "building" as a process, "construction" and is "figurative of spiritual strengthening, edifying, edification, building up."[5] The Spirit of Christ is fulfilling Jesus' promise, "I will build (oikodomeo) my church ..." (Mt 16:18). The Spirit is in the business of constructing people and the community. The ways in which prophecy builds up the body are spelled out in detail in 1 Corinthians 14.

UNDERSTANDING THE PROPHETIC IN AN APOSTATE AGE ( PART 3 )

Most prophecy by their will , listen I DON'T BELIEVE GOD HAS EVER AND WILL EVER  ALLOW HIS TRUE SERVANTS THE PROPHETS TO USE SCAPEGOAT MEANS TO PROPHECY..... I CALL IT "SAFE ZONE PROPHECY"

A TRUE PROPHET DOES NOT ASK YOU QUESTIONS TO TRY AND SEE IF THE PROPHECY IS TRUE.... FOR EXAMPLE I SEE THIS VERY COMMON TODAY , I SEE SOME SO CALLED PROPHETS ASK YOU QUESTIONS AND AS YOU ANSWER  THEY ASK "SAFE ZONE " QUESTIONS TO GIVE THEM FOOTING ON WHAT TO TELL YOU..... WHEN  GOD SENDS A PROPHETIC WORD TO YOU, IT IS PRECISE ,DIRECT AND CLEAR ....NOT WHAT YOU ARE ASKED TO GIVE THE PROPHET A SAFE LANDING TO HIS OR HER OWN WORDS.......

I'M NOT AFRAID TO SAY THIS BECAUSE IT IS THE TRUTH, CAN WE FOR ONCE GET IT RIGHT? WHERE DID PROPHET ISAIAH GO AND SAY I SEE A VIRGIN GIVE BIRTH TO A BABY WITH THE NAME THAT STARTS WITH LETTER 'J' BECAUSE HE SAW 'J' (which is Jesus)  ..... WHERE DID JEREMIAH TURN TO ISRAEL AND TELL THEM I SEE LETTER 'P' TO MEAN PUNISHMENT FOR TURNING AWAY FROM GOD? I MEAN WHERE DID GOD TELL JONAH (THOUGH NOT A PROPHET) TO GO TELL NINNEVEH I SEE 'J C U' to mean ( judgement coming to you ) if you don't Repent...
It is very sad that "safezone" Prophecy has become the order of the day and yet many dont see the malice, the deception , the falsehood in this....LISTEN GOD DOES NOT WORK LIKE THAT, IF THERE'S A WORD FOR ME IT WILL BE SPECIFIC,PRECISE AND DIRECTED TO ME IF NOT BY NAME THEN HE WILL DIRECT A MESSENGER TO ME IN PERSON. IF GOD DIDN'T USE THIS GUESS WORK IN THOSE DAYS WHY IS HE USING IT TODAY? OR SHOULD WE THEN SAY HE CHANGED TACTICS BECAUSE OF GENERATIONAL TRANSFORMATION? Oooh no! He says he is the same yesterday today and forevermore....everything else shall pass away but HIS WORD shall not change! No wonder today when prophecy is mentioned the word GOOGLE doesn't miss on the lips of gullible members , It only makes me realize Google gives good information to some because once they have your name they can research your biography and scare you with names..... ooh yes, I have seen this before and that's why I must correct this mess  ( God never calls you by your nickname,  right? He says HE KNOWS YOUR NAME!  So next time your sisters AKA is mentioned as your sister , just say you don't know that person and see how THE PROPHET WILL GAMBLE to how she dresses because the profile pictures are there.....I mean it, one nigerian prophet once terrorised my inbox that I have a brother called Zeal not knowing Zeal is his AKA.....Thanks to Facebook.... Prophecy is not about how accurate you are as a prophet it is about how accurate God is....don't forg stuff to look deep in this, speak as you are led and watch God unravel the rest.

The word of God says in the book of  2 Peter  1:21 that For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. Meaning we should and never prophecy in our own will but by GOD'S WILL!

And how will anyone go and tell them without being sent?

Its very clear from the verse above that no one can preach by their own means,  in other words, no one can minister unless they are trained equipped empowered and most importantly annointed and sent, not by man but by God. The office of the prophet has drawn alot of attention because in such deep apostasy where everyone wants to be a prophet , some even want to distinguish themselves beyond the normal bars set by God...in so doing we see people now rise in ranks ,self appointed MAJOR 1, MAJOR 2, MAJOR 3, SENIOR PROPHETS, JUNIOR MAJORS ,MIGHTIEST PROPHETS, HIS GRACE THE GREATEST PROPHETS.....If you look closely all these titles are to distance themselves from other men of God to look unique hence build up self made doctrines to sway away believers into thinking that they are the only true prophets....(This cuts across the 5 fold btw) Because of this ERROR some have ended up manufacturing miracles and brand themselves pioneers of miracles.... see that, it's no longer God who does the miracle but them who pioneered them. Child of God can't you see the mess here, in my view of such ,I tell you today anything that's not a miracle from God is not a miracle from man but innovation. So what they call for instance founder or pioneers or miracle money or walking on air or eating snakes are not miracles but innovations....there's no God in such and the earlier you know this the better for you. More reason why they commercialise their miracles in the confines of sow or tap the grace....open your eyes child of God. You don't sell a miracle , but you can sell your innovative idea. Ooh yes! Now you know!

The bible says in Jeremiah  23:21 I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran: I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied.  23:22 But if they had stood in my counsel, and had caused my people to hear my words, then they should have turned them from their evil way, and from the evil of their doings.  23:23 Am I a God at hand, saith the LORD, and not a God afar off?  23:24 Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? saith the LORD. Do not I fill heaven and earth? saith the LORD.  23:25 I have heard what the prophets said, that prophesy lies in my name, saying, I have dreamed, I have dreamed.  23:26 How long shall this be in the heart of the prophets that prophesy lies? yea, they are prophets of the deceit of their own heart;  23:27 Which think to cause my people to forget my name by their dreams which they tell every man to his neighbour, as their fathers have forgotten my name for Baal.  23:28 The prophet that hath a dream, let him tell a dream; and he that hath my word, let him speak my word faithfully. What is the chaff to the wheat? saith the LORD.  23:29 Is not my word like as a fire? saith the LORD; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces?  23:30 Therefore, behold, I am against the prophets, saith the LORD, that steal my words every one from his neighbour.  23:31 Behold, I am against the prophets, saith the LORD, that use their tongues, and say, He saith.  23:32 Behold, I am against them that prophesy false dreams, saith the LORD, and do tell them, and cause my people to err by their lies, and by their lightness; yet I sent them not, nor commanded them: therefore they shall not profit this people at all, saith the LORD.  23:33 And when this people, or the prophet, or a priest, shall ask thee, saying, What is the burden of the LORD? thou shalt then say unto them, What burden? I will even forsake you, saith the LORD.  23:34 And as for the prophet, and the priest, and the people, that shall say, The burden of the LORD, I will even punish that man and his house.

I AM NOT REFUTING THE PROPHETIC,  INFACT BY THE GRACE OF GOD I FLOW IN SHARP PROPHETIC BUT WHAT I MUST SAY IS THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE WHO HAVE BROUGHT THEMSELVES IN THIS FIELD BECAUSE PEOPIE ARE NOT ENLIGHTENED . THIS IS SAD BECAUSE I HAVE SEEN PEOPLE TAKE LOANS TO PAY A PROPHET FOR PROPHECYING IN THE SAD NAME OF "CONNECTING TO THE ANNOINTING OR TAPPING TO THE ANNOINTING......SOME EVEN SAY THE PROPHETIC WORDS YOU HAVE RECEIVED WILL NOT WORK ON YOU UNTIL YOU SOW THAT SEED....ETC ETC..."

PEOPLE OF GOD THE BIBLE is our ONLY WEAPON AND MANUAL . Before anyone can open up their mouths to prophecy To you , have you asked God about it first? BEFORE you can prophecy to me, my spirit must be in sync to receive from  God....as a matter of fact if you are expectant from God,  He will quicken your spirit to know it's time to receive....not this coerced ,forged, planned ,innovated seer's spirit many walk in today in the name of prophecy! I once ashamed one man for trying to prophecy To me in a gathering. If it's not from God tell them to stay with it. But you can only do that when you are rooted in the  word and spirit of God because real recognizes real and real knows the fake!

UNDERSTANDING THE PROPHETIC IN AN APOSTATE (Part 1)

In the next few posts I'll do, I'm going to dwell on the subject # #PROPHECY . So a few days ago in my office, i felt the strong urge to sink in the depths of this highly abused yet most powerful pillar of the 5 fold...and so yesterday I posted can I PROPHECY TO 30 PEOPLE HERE starting now, I was shocked that in less than 10 minutes my inbox had received 35 messages and the status update had over 54 comments and close to a hundred likes and counting...well I'm never moved by likes and comments but on this one I was shocked by the traffic created ,the buzz and fuss some even literally begging me to tell them what God was saying.... well I'm here to say what God is saying!

Before you put pressure on a man of God to tell you what God says about you, study your Bible well .there are thousands of instructions thereof ,some of which you probably haven't obeyed .... Nowadays we value the seer's word more than the word of God.The seer more than God. I'm concerned with my generation that trembles in the presence of the seer than God's presence. Isn't it becoming idolatrous?

We want a tangible god in the name of a "father ".or " prophet"... We lack faith to believe the invisible which is permanent...
I'm concerned because if we whom God has raised in this hour to preach the truth of His Word fail to do so, we shall be held accountable.  If people understood that today almost 80% of what they are given as prophecy are BIBLICAL PROMISES from God to man then we will know the truth of Gods word!
It's sad that today some who are actually not in the office of the prophet but flow in the gift are deeming themselves mighty than any other 5 fold ministry.....listen child of God, this is what I mean, it is not prophetic if I tell you ur latter will be greater because that's a promise to all believers....a prophet is sent to you with specific instructions to deliver.  Don't tremble too much just because your name was mentioned, your grandma's name mentioned ,you were zoomed and Google driven, listen even seers can see all these if u open your spirit to them..... the bible says in 1 Cor 14:32 that THE SPIRIT OF THE PROPHETS ARE SUBJECT TO THE PROPHETS FOR GOD IS NOT THE AUTHOR OF CONFUSION BUT OF PEACE......
That means when I prophecy to you I must be sent by God and not to give you a message that suits your ears....That's why if I am sent to warn you to Repent, to many they won't receive the prophecy but if I sat you will be rich you receive and this is sad because many have fallen prey of this.....let's continue.....

FALSE ACCUSATIONS, TRUTH TRIUMPHS

Have ever seen and read about false Criticisms and allegations in the bible yet with undeniable evidences? Well yes, even today people face such, I am in my office and a number of times people come to see me laden with issues, I must admit it's painful to see someone break down into tears before you professing innocence yet even then as a human being there's nothing much you can say until you allow God give you insight into the issue at hand... I have learnt to understand people for who they are and not what people say about them!

Today it really got me thinking hard, how many times Gods children have been accused falsely and lost positions, hope, bright destinies, open doors suddenly closed, marriages failed, sacked etc...

In the Bible I see the evidence of Joseph being a rapist was his clothes in the hands of the accuser,potiphers wife. No matter how much he pleaded innocent, no one could believe him.

I look at Josephs clothes Stained with animal blood as the evidence of him being dead before his father and he can't be anywhere to console the father as he is taken to a foreign land.

I look at Mary insisting she is a virgin and sincerely it makes no sense as evidence of Pregnancy was glaringly condemning her right on her face. Who could believe her?

I see shadrack, meshach, and Abednego standing before King Nebuchadnezer telling him we serve the LIVING GOD and amidst all that still no one believes them until they are cast into the overheated firery furnace.

We live in a world where people tell lies with some false Concrete evidences Just be Innocent...but hey, I'm encouraged by one thing, A PERSON THAT TELLS THE TRUTH HAS NOTHING TO HIDE because in the fullness of time TRUTH DEFENDS ITSELF! Daniel's innocence delivered him from the lions den. The 3 Hebrew boys innocence delivered them from fire, Josephs innocence made him a prime minister..

Child of God, when you are hit hard with professional liars in the name of "brothers and sisters in the Lord" just to get in people's good books, when u are shortchanged at work and you miss out on that promotion, when you. Are sent to prison for the sake of truth,Let them talk, let them shout, let them gather, Let them publicize, soon they shall expire. They will get tired....And after all said and done, you shall be celebrated, for If God be for you, none can be against you. ROMANS 8:31.
